Classes

GENCODE([path, file_resources, col_rename, ...])	Loads the GENCODE database from https://www.gencodegenes.org/ .
UniProt([path, file_resources, species_id, ...])
MirBase([path, file_resources, species_id, ...])	Loads the MirBase database from https://mirbase.org .
RNAcentral([path, file_resources, ...])	Loads the RNAcentral database from https://rnacentral.org/ and provides a series of methods to extract sequence data from it.
